Meta expands its Muse AI agent to small businesses
Meta announced that it is expanding Muse to small businesses and adding integrations with Shopify, Dropbox, Slack, Asana, Box, Canva, Figma, Notion, Stripe, Zoom and other tools. The agent can also connect to Instagram professional account analytics, Facebook Pages and Meta ad accounts. Meta says Muse can help manage operations, sales and marketing by using information about a company’s products, brand voice and most frequent customer questions.
Muse for Small Business is available for free with usage limits, while businesses that need more usage can subscribe to a paid plan. The launch came one day after Meta introduced Meta Enterprise Platform, an initiative intended to bring its AI stack—including Muse, Meta Business Agent, Muse API and Muse Code—to businesses and developers.
